Refund PolicyDigital Products (Courses & Themes):
Due to the immediate digital nature of our training materials and downloadable themes, all sales are generally considered final once access has been granted. Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be "returned."Exceptions:
We want you to be successful. If you experience technical issues preventing you from accessing the material, or if you feel the training was not as described, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. Refunds or credits are granted at the sole discretion of Online Shop Class LLC on a case-by-case basis.Service Work:
Any additional custom service work is non-refundable once the work has been performed.
